I highly recommend GoFlow! Adam was honest and transparent with me right from the beginning, and I genuinely felt like he was trying to help me solve the problem instead of just trying to sell me an expensive repair or replacement. Adam gave me an initial quote, and Chris came out the following day. Chris was able to figure out the problem and fix it right away. What impressed me even more was that they only charged me for the actual work that was needed, which ended up being less than $400 and much lower than the original quote.

Before calling GoFlow, I had spoken with at least five different plumbers and received multiple opinions. Most were quoting me over $1,500 just for the repair and around $3,500 to replace it. GoFlow fixed the actual problem for less than $400.

It’s hard to find a company that is honest, fair, and genuinely focused on solving the problem without trying to upsell you. I really appreciate Adam and Chris for their honesty and great service. I would definitely use GoFlow again and highly recommend them!

GOFLOW is great! I have been meaning to write this for some time. I called GOFLOW about my bathroom faucet and they were very efficient. Showed up the same day, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I can't wait for my crumby kitchen faucet to fail so I can call them again.

My communication with Go Flow was perfect and the frozen gas valve replacement by Chris expertly done. I have found my go to plumbing company.

Great experience having GoFlow replace my gas-fired hot water heater with an electric heat pump: a very reasonable and competitive estimate (including a no-cost pre-installation site visit), informative and cordial communication, flexible scheduling, on-time arrival, high attention to safety and Santa Rosa city requirements, and a neat and tidy installation. Placement of the new unit required some creative drain and pipe work, all done with a smile and no added expense. As luck would have it, our street-side water main developed a significant leak the day before the water heater was to be installed. A desperate call to GoFlow put THAT fix on the schedule as well... same day, a couple extra hours, and again a reasonable charge. I could not be happier and recommend GoFlow without hesitation. Kudos to both Chris (the man with the wrench) and Adam (the man on the office phone) for running a truly professional, customer focused and community minded business!

Received a detailed estimate and the work was scheduled professionally. Received prompt service. When changes came up, they handled them with approval quickly and did not need me to manage them. Completed the work with above and beyond service and expert skills. Highly recommend!

Hands down Chris at Goflow was the best plumbing contractor we've used and I know them all. We required a full water supply line replacement that was a challenging project. He was knowledgeable, persistent, and hardworking...and the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about these guys! My water heater started leaking Thursday night—right before family were to arrive for the weekend. I was panicking but they got someone out to my place in Oakmont first thing Friday. I had a brand new water heater before they arrived. Seriously saved my weekend!
